The documents required for a company with a single shareholder are passport copies (notarized), bank reference letter addressed to RAK Offshore Authority (original), residency proof, such as any utility bill/municipality certificate (original), Curriculum Vitae (CV) of the offshore company’s shareholder, and bank statement of the company’s last 6 months.
Documents. For more than one Shareholder
Business license or incorporation certificate (attested), Memorandum of Association (attested), Shareholder’s resolution (attested), Passport copies of all directors and shareholders, Certificate of Good Standing, also known as Certificate of Existence of the company, and Incumbency certificate of the company are all required documents for a company with more than one shareholder. The authorities may seek any additional documentation required throughout the registration process.
