What are the benefits of Golden Visa?

10 years renewable residence
No sponsor or employer required
Duration of stay outside the UAE does not nullify the golden residence
Residence for family members including spouse and children with no age limit
No maximum number of support service laborers
In the event of the death of the original holder of the golden residence family members can stay in the UAE till the end of their residence permit
Entry visa valid for 6 months with multiple entries to proceed with residence issuance.

What are the Basic Requirements?

Photocopies of your passport, visa, and EID card
UAE labour agreement
Letter of income confirmation/certificate of salary
The UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs must have fully attested and legalized education certificate.
Personal bank statements for the last six months
If you own property in the UAE, you will need a title deed.
Reference letter from your employer or an influential person regarding your contribution to your industry or the UAE economy
a copy of your curriculum vitae or LinkedIn profile
Articles and write-ups about you, your company, or your contribution to the UAE economy have been published.

Existing UAE residents in possession of a non-Dubai visa

Fixed deposit of AED 2 million for two years in a local bank; a bank confirmation letter is required.
The visa will no longer be available if the deposit is withdrawn/encashed.

Existing UAE residents in possession of a Dubai visa (business owners/investors)

Bank statements show approximately AED 2 to 3 million in cash movement/movement in bank accounts.
Copies of all corporate documents (licence, share certificate, etc.)
If you are the CEO, you must have been in that position for more than three years.
If you are a company executive, you must have held this position for at least 5 years.
Ejari or office lease
Financial Accounts that have been audited
Copy of the audit firm’s license
